Very Functional Plugin, Well Supported

  • The basic (free) plugin has some default presentation pages and it is super-slick at taking just the ISBN (or ASIN) number as the input and creating a complete Book listing, including cover artwork and filled-out data fields (publish date, page count, title, author, etc.). It even pulls in Amazon reviews and notes. Very slick … a quick and easy way to build a “library” of titles and reveal them together, or one by one.

    Better, there are modestly priced extensions (I bought “bulk add” for $2), style paks (css for the library summary pages) and page and post templates. The plugin works great. And one installation glitch I faced was beautifully handled by Mr. Evans.

    A nit I can pick? The sort/search functionality doesn’t have a clear, polished UI. A couple users have been confused. But overall — four paws up! 5 stars
