Very good plugin! but poor support

  • I did use another lightbox plugin for a few years but it’s not updated anymore. I was very happy to find this one. The otpions are as good as the other one and the result is very efficient. Thank you!

    I had given 5 stars. Sorry, I took one off (from the plugin NextGen Gallery too).

    About that question I also asked for support through sending a ticket on your website, even offering to pay… No reaction…

    Fortunately, in the WP forum thread, a WP user found and shared the solution. It’s very simple. Seems to me that the plugin team could have given it…
