• edit: I inquired about a problem I was having as my galleries disappeared from my site. Modula has not responded in 36 hours. Pretty disappointing. Buyer beware.

    However, if you allow me, I’ll do my best to help. I’ve just checked all the emails we’ve got pending and I couldn’t find yours. Are you sure your email went through? I just couldn’t find it.

    I agree, reviews should not be the place, however given the 4 messages I’ve sent via email or contact form from your site go unanswered, I would guess others feel they have no other way to reach you but to post problems. Maybe look into why you are not getting our messages to you in other ways?

    As someone else posted before, there may be an issue where we are not using the paid version of your plugin and its giving us problems? I bought via the appsumo deal before and it looks like I’m using the free version of your plugin as I don’t have ANY of the paid features and its always telling me to upgrade to pro. You appear to have sent someone a message on how to do this maybe privately? It would be nice if there was a public post of this as I think it would fix my problems as well.

    I’m really sorry to hear you had issues and received no replies.
    Your emails did not reach us, otherwise we would’ve responded sooner. We will investigate our form and see what might stop certain emails from coming through.

    Regarding the Pro plugin, unfortunately we are not allowed to offer support on these forums for our premium version, as you can see in the guidelines here: https://www.ads-software.com/support/guidelines/#do-not-post-about-commercial-products

    Considering you already tried our contact form, can you please send us an email to our other form here and we will assist you asap.

    The main reason it might not work, and you are still seeing those Pro badges is most likely because you do not have installed the premium extensions. I recommend to go to your account here and log in using your email and download the extensions from your account and install them. This might fix it.

    Modula continues to not reply to messages sent directly through their contact form on their website wp-modula.com. I have all of the premium extensions but still, the plugin does not work properly. And I can’t get a response from their staff making it a very sour experience.
