Very Good BUT ……

This plugin was recommended and i have used it on a number of sites now, but to be honest I am still curious about some of the settings, and i wish there was more documentation in regard to why certain options were available so i could more readily understand why i should select or not, this is particularly an issue when i come to Titles and Metas, that whole section is somewhat of a mystery.
