Very good, but too expensive
-
Without performance plugin, website score is 15/50 (mobile/desktop)
With Smush & Hummingbird : 27/64 (could be improved a lot by spending time in plugin settings)
With Nitropack, without too much time spent in their settings, score goes from 15/50 to 98/98It’s really good ! ??
However :
– Free plan is very limited, it’s as they say, only for testing
– Free plan adds a huge badge in the footer (and this badge is without referral link)
– So Nitropack is not really a fremium plugin with a free plan, it’s more like a free test plan
– Small plan with discount : 19$/month yearly, 29$/month monthly, 59$/month normal price, for a website of 100-500 URLs … all for a single website. I have 10 websites, this brings me to 190$/month – 590$/month only for my own websites
– When we manage multiple websites, we always use the same plugins on each of them, for example : all WordFence, or all Sucuri ; all Hummingbird, or all Nitropack, now with those kind of prices, I won’t be able to use Nitropack
– Agency pricing are not disclosed on Nitropack website, need to contact them to know what happens when we have more than one website … am I wrong saying that almost everyone here has more than one website ?
– There is no “Freelance plan” or “Owner of a few websites plan” displayedI would install this to most of my customers if it was 10$/month for each of their website
And use it for my own websites if it was 30$/month/10 websites
I guess they could still make millions of profit per month with prices like that, as it’s a better solution than anything else I triedBut except pricing, Nitropack is very good, I wish them well and hope they come back fast with other plans
