• I had a project where I thought Support Candy would be a good solution, and so I deployed it on a test system. The software worked very well, and I had a lot of fun configuring it so that it was well integrated with the other material on the WordPress.

    I tested the software for about three weeks, then the team decided that they did not want a ticketing system. I was disappointed, but Support Candy refunded the payment, and so the extended test was cost free.

    This is however a good quality product, and if a project with the need for a ticketing system arrives, I will certainly consider Support Candy.
