Very good plugin – some limitiations

This is really a great plugin, it allows you to create maps based on Open Street maps and a number of other background maps and even the implementation of WMS services. It does this for free!

I tested a lot of plugins for generating maps and I can truly recommand this one: it is free, it uses OSM, it has a ton of functions, and you don’t need any keys. However, I would not rate the plugin as extremely userfriendly, the documentation is quite confusing, especially if you are new to html, kml etc.

I use it mainly to display my kml files, for that it works perfect!
