• Thank you so much for the tool. So far so good. It would be nice to have a subscribe via email for the bugs/features. It helps with product owners, help center personnel, etc. Any time a change is made on status, or edits to the content, it would be good to have notifications. Others include perhaps having some extra fields for troubleshooting attempts. Kudos. Fives stars for the notifications. A donation as well.

    Would you see notifications only being sent to the site admin, or have a way to subscribe to items at different levels? Individual issue, all issues from a category, all issues?

    Thank you so much for the quick reply.

    Yes to subscribe at the levels you listed. And the only other would be to place a comments count at the issue display level without having to go into the topic. If possible, you could separate total comment count versus new comments.

    Thanks for feedback. I am a bit slammed over the next month preparing for WordCamp Montreal in most of my spare time, but I will keep this in my list to address this summer.
