Very Good Support

Had a problem when suddenly for no known reason the contact forms stopped working. The tech support fixed that problem but then I lost the formatting. To be fair, they worked hard to put it back as it was. Very happy with the service for this reason.

I think the plugin would definitely benefit from a ‘Duplicate’ button to avoid having to add similar settings to each new contact form – some of us need to have many variations. Also, when adjusting the email settings, you are returned to the dashboard instead of being able to continue editing that particular contact form.

So 5 stars for the support, something less for the plugin.
