Very Good Support, Easier to Use than Mailchimp

Prouct support is very good. The product is pretty easy to use, quick learning curve and support staff seems to listen to customer thoughts on improvements/enhancements.
Getting up to speed in Jilt has been a better experience than Mailchimp where I dealt with a lot of mediocre (at best) customer support.
Future customizations in Jilt for non-profit organizations would be welcome.
