• I had a problem with the plugin not working. I did a number of tests, and found that it could not backup the database.

    I searched for others that had issues but didn’t find anything so I created a support ticket. within hours, I had a response and after creating temporary accounts for the support team to access the site, it was fixed.

    Very impressed, and now the plugin works without a hitch, would recommend.
