• Great work. Really helpful especially when using nested groups. Works as I need.

Would like to suggest it could be handy to show the additional css class names next to group blocks. Eg you would see “Group.mygroup1” in the nav menu. That would help to know which group is which quickly.

Thank you very much for the rating and the nice comment.

Thank you also for the suggestion. Could you please explain me a bit more about it either here or, even better, in the support forum?
Do you mean that the Group Block displays its user entered “Additional CSS Class(es)” next to the title? Let me know about the use case if you can ??

Ok so when you are viewing the block navigation tool it lists all the items. Eg:

    Group
    – Group
    — Heading (shows first bit of text)
    — image (shows image)
    – Group
    — Heading (shows first bit of text)
    — image (shows image)

Etc. What would be good when viewing that list is a quick way to identify which group it is. Like how you show the first bit of text or the image for other blocks. But for groups, you could show the Additional CSS Class(es) which you apply to a group via the blocks advanced options (after colour settings).

Thanks for the feedback, I understand what you mean. Because groups don’t have content, Additional CSS Class(es) are the only way to differentiate each block.

I wonder about the use cases for these classes, how people use them. Some might use them to apply a specific style with multiple properties (big_red, small_green), others to apply specific rules (padding-20, margin-10) and I guess others simply as a “unique” identifier (my-group-1, my-group-2). There is also the possibility that the classes are added programatically, this would mean that less technical users might not really know about them being there.

I will think about it for a future release. Thanks again!
