Very happy with Optimole

I have been running Optimole for about 3 weeks after discovering it via its sister plugin, Super Page Cache for Cloudflare and both are working great. Very reliable, no problems. I can’t afford the premium version of the plugin but the free one is all I need for my two small WP sites.
The 5000 image views limit on the free version is a little scary and can be off putting when you get a friendly email at around 3000 views effectively saying that if you do go over limit, you will need to upgrade to premium or your account will be cancelled. My sites don’t have anywhere near 3000 human visitors a month, never mind 5000. I wish! It’s so very easy to get unexpectedly hit by rogue bots that ignore rate limits in robots.txt (even Google ignore it) that can hammer your site. It happens daily. Noted though, you can opt instead for a Optimole badge on your site instead to get a fairly large bonus of free views. However, I think striking a balance between the 2 levels with a higher initial number of image views would be better and the cost of adding WebP images via Cloudflare is cheaper. So for these reasons I happily give it 4 stars and recommend it.
