    Dear Carolina, you will be most memorable customer we have ever had and thank you for that!

    Hoping it will improve, but it’s very hard to get support.

    We had a really long conversation and unlimited list of custom fixes that you wanted for free and you got them. I just counted more than 100 of emails from you just on this screenshot – and these are not all emails to us for 1,5 months. I think if you didn’t have replies to all of them, you will not write to us so many times?[REDACTED]

    As for support.. Let’s check what has been done for FREE and if this is covered by support or not:
    * Customization of Neighbourhood tab to Details with changing plain fields to text boxes. (1.5 hour)
    * Changing styles on search box of Home page – making background transparent and fields visible (0.5 hour)
    * Customization main menu (removing contact menu, moving and changing logo, changing font color) (2 hours)
    * Adjustment of background banner according to your size requirements (0.5 hour)
    * Changing everywhere lexis to vessels instead of property, and other fields according to your list (you didn’t do even these light adjustments, we did that for you) – (1 hour)

    Isn’t it a support? Sure that it is not possible to get all this done within 1 day as we have other customers and work to be done. However we made them as PROMISED.

    What you also wanted but didn’t get for free:

    * Add sliding effect to title of the page (0.5-1 hour)
    * Remove white space in top menu area (0.5 hour)
    * Changing order of property tabs on single page (0.5 hour)

    I was charged for the installation even though I had to install the files myself anyway.

    Yes , when we were logged into your admin area they already were installed. Should we have uninstall them, to let you check that they are uninstalled and then install again?

    I have a site not complete and it’s been over a month I purchased: Installation, Configuration, Theme, Plug in and Support. At least a timely response would be courteous.

    You have two websites – [redacted] with our theme and plugin installed and configured. One of them is customized for free except those things that I mentioned above.
    It is a good experience for us always follow the instructions and support coverage rules sounded on our website.

    Even after your review, our tech support person came to office on Sunday to continue working on website BUT you changed access to site probably being afraid that we will just remove all the changes we did. We do not practice such kind of things. )

    We are glad that we have different customers and have different experience which is very valuable thing. Thanks.

    Your screenshot was removed. @estatik that screenshot had PERSONAL INFORMATION in it. Like email addresses. Don’t post those publicly. Email conversations that happen off the forums should never be posted in public. It’s an invitation to a lawsuit.
