Very helpful for complex user role scenario with fine granulation

For our customer helpcenter site, we need several different editor and subscriber user roles to differentiate who is allowed to edit and see which area.

With PublishPress Capabilities (in combination with PublishPress Permissions for Permission Groups), we have set up exactly the very finely grained user role structure we need. (We use the Pro plan license to access all features.) We can also block complete spaces including subpages for selected roles or groups, which saves us a lot of manual configuration effort. It is possible to hide controls or navigation elements too, depending on the role.

Moreover, there is an online documentation which is comprehensive and easy to understand. And, very important to mention, the user support is super patient, always kind, quick to reply and competent.
