Very impressed overall

  • Excellent plugin and the support was great considering I was using the free version. One of my support questions wasn’t answered but I found the answer myself anyway. I do think that the documentation could be better and i always think that the use of videos is often easier especially if you want a quick overview before you start. Obvious questions like how to change the design of the donate button wasn’t covered for example. It wasn’t immediately obvious how to get the embed code so that you can place the form anywhere on the page that you want it. It seemed strange that there was a section in the plug-in that offered only about 3 positions to place the form (end of post/sidebar etc) but did not provide the shortcode in that section, it was right at the end of the process and you had to click the “get code” button.I had not originally clicked this as i thought it was html code not the shortode, although from memory it may have provided both.
