• I am so pleased I found this CRM it is just what I was looking for. I have tried many CRM systems and they have either been too expensive, too complicated or inflexible. Jetpack is perfect because it just works with my website, you can easily configure and incorporate custom fields and produce really professional looking documents. The option for a client portal is great and makes my service look so professional to my clients.
    You get a lot more options than most CRM’s for free and any other add ins are a reasonable price.
    It takes a little time to configure and learn but that is to be expected as one size doesn’t fit all businesses. It is actually very easy to use and understand once you have spent a few hours to get used to the system. I look forward to any further enhancements.
    This is by far the best CRM I have found.

  • I hate to burst your bubble, but have you tried to send an email to a contact yet? I recommend trying this out by sending one to yourself, or to a test contact first.

    Even though this has been broken for months, it’s not a support priority (because who uses email with a CRM anyway, right?).

    Actually it isn’t something I would normally use, but I have just tried it and it worked ok for me. Maybe obvious but have you tried looking in spam as I think sometimes they might get filtered out.

    Don’t get me wrong, there are many impressive features of Jetpack CRM and many talented people working on it, and I use it daily, but IMHO, leaving what I believe should be a core functionality of the product broken like this for more than a few DAYS is unacceptable, let alone MONTHS.

    They have acknowledged this as a bug, but please let me know if your results are different from this.
