• Hey

As my client asked for ways to change the site title and menu colors and fonts I have been thinking of options. I did the easy way (as he did not want to get into code) and recommended a page builder to him, but I really wanted to find a “better” way.

So I am here testing your plugin. I like having a custom CSS box in the customizer. As I can just right click an element and open Inspect Element and see the CSS right away and copy it into the CSS box. This can make for a good video tutorial. (I’ll get back to that.)

What I envision here is clicking an element on the screen. For instance clicking the site title. Having the CSS show up directly in the CSS custom box instead of doing a copy and paste from Inspect Element.

Taking it one step further… Clicking the site title having the controls show up in the custom css box along with some standard controls like font size, font family, color, background color and an add your custom css area beneath the controls.

I run the web site https://easywebdesigntutorials.com/ and am these days looking into creating a new article on how to customize the CSS of a WordPress site.
Having a merge of Greg’s Site Origin CSS plugin (with various controls) and your plugin (that use the customizer) seems to me to be the ideal way.

Have a great continued holiday season!
