Thank you for explaining.
First of all, WPERP is an open-source and a free plugin. It doesn’t have any Pro or Paid version. So, how did he/she bought WPERP where it doesn’t even have a Pro version?
This may be true but your plugin page references this part.
??COMPLETE HR MANAGEMENT DIRECTLY ON YOUR WORDPRESS SITE??
And points to this page.
https://wperp.com/hr/
Which starts with link to pricing.
https://wperp.com/hr/pricing/
That opens the door to reviews like this. And you’ve admitted that too when you wrote this. I’ve added some emphasis to the important part.
Document Manager is not a core feature of WPERP. But, yes, he might have purchased it from WPERP website or the document manager can come from the WPERP core development team.
Basically, you made this review valid because your plugin page advertises here for add-ons and paid services.
I really need to save this next part as a stock reply. I’ve been using it a lot lately.
There are no customers here, just opensource users of code. There are no companies here, just people who have contributed their opensource code and time. Commercial, pro, refund or even pre-sales conversations have no place in these forums. You and your colleagues are not company representatives here. You’re volunteers supporting your contribution of code on this site.
The one exception is reviews. When a plugin or theme upsells either here or in the user’s dashboard then that feedback is permitted.
Any of your customers for the “pro” version or services related to this plugin or they got there from here are invited to leave a review related to this plugin, premium or not.
That’s not true for any customer support. If any of your customers post here for any support or anything related to the pro version or services even pre-sales, then the topic will be closed and they will be informed to ask you on your own site.
This all can be hard to follow and that’s fine. But this is a valid review and will remain here.
