• WebRTC holds great promise but, of course, streaming cloud hosts charge a lot. That’s why I was initially enthused by wpRTC.

Can’t use it though. The quality is half of what I can achieve from even a low bandwidth Skype connection. Is there a limitation at my hosting company do you think? I have a dedicated server.

Is there a plan to incorporate WebRTC’s peer-to-peer capability?

If you can run a TURN server, you can run your own streaming server. wpRTC runs off of the sample SimpleWebRTC server, which I will be changing in an upcoming version.

If I do decide to create a free or limited cost access private TURN SERVER access, it would only be for the PRO version of the plugin as a subscription base model.
