Very new user, trying to find someting

Hello, I recently started a blog with my friend and I really enjoy the evolve theme. I’ve been configuring it and I came across an issue that I cannot resolve myself.

Included in the image is my blog and the arrows show two separate sections I would like to remove. I don’t know what they are called so I cannot find them in the menu to remove them.

They seem very out of place and they specifically link to one blog post.

If someone knows what these are called and how to remove them I would be thankful.
