Very Nice – Option to keep on top would be nicer

  • A very nice plugin – These notes are noticeable!
    One thing I’d like to see is an option (or even default behaviour) to stick notes to the top of the dashboard screen.
    Working with less technical site owners editors I’ve found they seldom bother to scroll down to the bottom to find new dashboard widgets, so the notes don’t get read

    I get what you mean!
    I’ll look into this for a future release if this is possible (I don’t think this is since order of widgets are determined per user, but you never know!)

    Of course people can always manually drag & drop the notes onto other places.

    You may like to look at the way dashboard-sticky-notes plugin works – has an option to do this…
    Also a nice plugin, but the really nice things about yours are the colours and convenient way of adding notes ??

    Sorry to interrupt, but @sormano I do believe the easiest way I found was to remove the existing meta boxes and then re-add yours first, followed by other just-removed default ones. ??

    I’m going to checkout what is possible.

    I do think this will be a feature that will be released with a future release, it would be a nice addition.

    Thanks for the suggestion @captain theme, I’ll check whats possible+best solution!
