• Hello.

    Could someone tell me when the WooCommerce Chat function becomes available? I have open tickets that seem to be getting no response and having paid a reasonable sum of money for the PDF Vouchers Plugin I’d hoped to be able to get help fairly promptly.

    I know that WooCommerce 3 has just been released, and I’m sure that’s making support a bit slow, but just a reply to a ticket saying “sorry for the delay, we’ll help soon” would be appreciated.

    Sorry for mentioning this on the WordPress forum, if it isn’t the appropriate place please accept my apoligies.

    It seems that V3.03 has fixed the email problem I was having.

    My ticket number is #559802 and I’ll go and update it with a few questions that I now have.

    Obviously you guys are very busy, and I don’t mind waiting for help, but after a couple of days I felt I deserved some kind of response.

    Please i don’t know why any time i install the woocommerce 3.0.3 plugin it will block me from entering my dashboard, and then say error 500.
    what could i do to be able to install the woocommerce plugin,
