Very poor customer service

After being assured that he could show me how to add two groups of attributes to the imported products, I purchased the “Pro” version. For well over two weeks I got given a run around on how he was going to show me, from a short video, to a phone call, to a screen share. He couldn’t ever seem to get a time that I was available, even when I gave him “any time on this day.” Finally he told me it would be best if he refunded my money, and a week later I’m still waiting on that.
