• After being assured that he could show me how to add two groups of attributes to the imported products, I purchased the “Pro” version. For well over two weeks I got given a run around on how he was going to show me, from a short video, to a phone call, to a screen share. He couldn’t ever seem to get a time that I was available, even when I gave him “any time on this day.” Finally he told me it would be best if he refunded my money, and a week later I’m still waiting on that.

@moderator can this review be removed since it’s referring to poor customer service instead of a review of the Plugin itself? And it’s referring to the Pro version of our Plugin and not the free one?

Copying reply from earlier post of mine.

@s3w47m88 @wppluginco You upsell on your plugin page with this link.

    https://www.wppluginco.com/product/acf-front-end-form-plugin

You invited all of your customers to leave reviews when you did that. It’s part of the experience and all of those “premium” reviews or “customer service” reviews are valid.

You may not support customers in these forums. You will get into trouble if you do that. BUT your customers may leave a review if you reference your “premium” product on your plugin page. You’ve done that.

You invited them here when you upselled. You can’t get the benefit of that without these reviews.

    These reviews stay.

    Don’t do this again, OK?
