    I’ve only got the free plug-in but have received excellent technical support over several issues. Ben at time.ly helped out with PHP memory limitations and even investigated my site from the back-end before discovering that I had forgotten to check a couple of boxes that resulted in maps not showing and calendar themes not changing. Sunny Lal, their technical guru has also been very helpful.

    Adding events is easier than for other plugins I’ve investigated and the calendar display is awesome. I’ll definitely be buying add-ons as my needs increase.

    I evaluated both Timely and Urban Tribe’s calendars. While Urban Tribe’s is a very solid offering their is no technical support at all. Timely’s tech support has been very fast and staff seem to take an almost personal interest in solving my problems.

    Hi @omigosh,

    I apologize for the trouble you’ve experienced. Import feed technology is constantly changing, in particular that of Facebook — we are also updating the import sync method as Facebook changes in order to make the feed syncs work for our customers. It does work, but the feed URL may require tweaking (depending on whether it’s a Page, a Group, or Event listing, etc)..
