Amazing service – plugin needs more work (but it’s coming)

  • We had some bumps in the road initially with Optimonk. There was a problem with the app counting page views even on pages where we chose to exclude OptiMonk from operating. We ended up hitting our quota of page views in 2 days.

    They haven’t yet fixed the WP plug-in, but they are committed to fixing this issue and they helped me set up a custom solution for our use (free of charge).

    I had previously given a 1-star review because the plugin didn’t work well, but now that they helped me out, I’m enthusiastic about giving them a 5 star review.

    The added conversions we got from their pop ups have exceeded our expectations. It’s a fantastic tool.
