If so, I’m really not sure where this response is coming from. As I replied there, the error you reported is originating from the arbitrary code you have decided to add to your site.

We can fix bugs and defects in the plugin, but there’s no way for us to somehow access your site and find buggy code that you have decided to add using the plugin. We do our best to help in these scenarios, but without even being provided with the snippet code in question there is little we can do to help beyond what we have already offered.

We’re only a small team, but manage to get a very high satisfaction rating. What went wrong and where, we cannot find you in our system anywhere so please reach and we’ll be happy to work hard for you to reconsider that low rating.
