• The plugin has multiple options but not all are working well.
    The support is just awful. I have a payed licence and the support team is tot answering my mails. i posted two support requests and i got nothing.
    This is not ok.
    The emails templates is not editable. wich is just stupid! the translation is not corectly done. I translated all the needed fields but the plugin only use part of them.
    Google calendar works if i sync it manually (in the documentation sats it works automatically.

    This plugin could be great if they’d support it.

    I do not recommend anyone to buy this plugin.
    P.S. the problem with support is not new. I used this plugin before and nothing changed since.

    we try to answer to all the support requests we receive, on this forum, by email and even on codecanyon, sometime can happen that we are not able to answer promptly to some of them. We are human not machine and we are a small team.

    Many of the issues you’ve reported have been fixed on the last version of Salon Booking.

    We do not mantain the plugin translations we only synch them from Transifex where a community of translators help us translating the plugin. So we are not reponsible if the translations are not completed.

    The fact that we have 92 five stars ratings and only few low rates it’s the prove that we strive to provide a better software ( even free ) and a good support service when possible.

    You’ve asked a refund on Codecanyon some days ago an we promptly issued it.

    We don’t understand why do you leave a review here on www.ads-software.com when you are Codecanyon users.

    We are sure you’ll find another plugin that suits your need.

    Dear developer,
    YOU ARE LYING!!! :
    -I looked into the .po – .mo files and i found translations that are correct (in my case romanian angauge) but they are not implemented. Those are the files you include in the plugin.
    -The sync issue IS NOT FIXED. I have the latest version on the free version and it dosent work. I had the latest version from codecanyon (payed) and it also dosent work. I ended up looking trough your code and make some modifications in order to fix the sync myself.
    -The fact that you are human is not relevant on codecanyon. if you can’t support-it than don’t take a fee for a support service that you do not provide!!!
    You charge for this module, if the team is small and you can’t handle it than get some new team members. How about that?
    I myself charge my clients for development services and i did not use this excuse once!
    It is not my concern that you are a small team once i pay for a service.
    God damn, man, be professional!
    And last, i have purchased your module in the past and it was the same story with support.

    Hi Georg,
    I can tell how to fix this problem but since the author’s attitude is not the right one (as you can see), i won’t tell this here. He needs to fix this.
    Contcat me if you need my help.

    It is a simple fix that dosen’t change the plugin’s code in any way and dosen’t affect future updates.
