Very Poor Support

  • Spent several days with support because the tool would not upload to eBay. They then told me the issue was with Ebay and not with them. I could however upload perfectly fine to eBay manually the same product without any issues. Went back and forth via email for several days without any resolution.

    I understand your frustration with the situation. While manual uploads on eBay’s website might work, our plugin uses eBay’s API, which can sometimes have different requirements or temporary issues that don’t affect manual listings.
