Very Poorly Done

We had every intention of paying the fee to unlock some of the ‘Pro Tools’ offer, but after test we decided to have the plugin coded for us instead of being forced to deal with this horrible plugin. The Admin Panel is archaic and very poorly coded with spelling mistakes all over. The options refuse to save and often revert back to default. There is no support available other than email and no documentation to be found anywhere.
