Very powerful and easy to configure forms plugin!

Of the freemium options out there this has been the best by far we have used, and gladly paid for full version when a project warranted. The user experience is delightful and intuitive. The features and potential addons are very well developed and bug-free.

A native Salesforce addon (other than Zapier) would really be nice to see next.
