very responsive dev team

The dev team did a wonderful job helping me work through some of the technical aspects with my hosting provider that were having some unintended consequences. Very responsive support from the Total Upkeep team who directly interfaced with the hosting provider to come up with a solution. Very refreshing to have a useful plugin with a great team powering it.
