Very Responsive Support for a Good Product

I was looking at some reviews for Tickera from a year ago and older and was a bit concerned by the complaints about support. I have to say if that was the case then, Tickera has done a tremendous job of turning it around. They may not have a direct phone support, but I have submitted multiple questions or concerns via email and have had incredible support within 24 hours. Some of the issues were Id10t user errors or lack of awareness and a few were conflicts with other plugins. So the plugin isn’t perfect and requires a bit of a learning curve just like WordPress, but compared with the previous plugin, this is a steal. Highly recommend you give this a try for a basic ticketing solution.
