Used it for peace of mind, to meet EU GDPR requirements. The checklist they have in the documentation also helped to assess a broad range of aspects related to compliance. Complianz did a great job to automate the creation of a policy document based on the plugins and services. The instructions were very easy to follow, we just selected the plugins we used in our wordpress based website and the document included the relevant sections.
The cookie banner seems easy to use and also enables users to select the cookies they accept. There is some ability to select dark or light background that does most of the job to make it readable. Seems perfectly acceptable for WordPress sites for small and medium enterprises.
