very skinny text columns next to inline images

  • I’m not sure what the correct terminology is.
    If your on a page and there is an inline image if you shrink or enlarge the page the wrapped text next to the image (left or right) eventually becomes “too skinny” from an extreme of 1 letter per line.
    Is there a way to make inline images just be 100% width and force the text to be top / bottom?

    In the link provided if you can shrink the page and end up wording like the following.
    Is there a way to say… IF there is less than 16 letters or whatever type of measurement… then show nothing, centre align image and max-width.
