    Hi,

    I have installed the free version to evaluate whether to purchase the Pro version. However, I find the plugin is very slow to respond. As an example, it took exactly 30 seconds to process when clicking on a folder to see what was in that folder. That’s very long. However, I don’t see any others complaining about this, so wondering what the issue could be?

    I’m hoping this can be solved as I like the look of the plugin and it does have very good reviews. But, I can’t wait that long for something that’s supposed to speed up the process to work!

    @dabcar when you deactivate the plugin, does the media library works faster? Folders shouldn’t make the media library slower unless it loads slowly in the first place ??

    Can you please make a video using loom.com or any other screen-capturing tool to demonstrate the issue? Please send it to [email protected]

    Hi,

    It must have been server load or something like that as it seems to be working at a more acceptable rate now. Thanks for your response and offer of help. I’ll purchase the paid version.
