Very slow

BetterDocs follows the native WordPress Custom Post Type method. We followed the same mechanism just like WordPress handled Posts.

Since you have got a large number of posts(Docs), there are so many other criteria that you need to concern specially your :

• Server/CPU capacity
• Server Ram
• Database Configuration/Optimization etc

Besides that this kind of issue (handling large number of posts) also happens if the site hosted on shared hosting.

So I would recommend you to contact with your hosting platform/administrator and monitor your database query.

It seems you’ve taken the screenshots from the admin panel. Query Monitor shows the result from the page you’re viewing. You need to check the actual page (from the frontend) by opening up the Query Monitor.

Our dev team lead just investigated your website.
We’ve actually used the same function that WordPress used for Pages and Posts. Besides that, some of your plugins (since maximum plugin follows these rules), use the same function hence you’re facing a slowness issue actually.

Unfortunately, we can’t do anything more from our end. But I would suggest you increase your Server Ram to 2GB and see how it goes.

Ram increase had no effect on opening pages. As I understand it, it is related to the capacity of the BetterDocs plugin. As the number of documents increases, so does the opening time.
I would like your help in converting 1,058 documents that I saved to BetterDocs into WordPress posts.

Sorry to hear that, Increasing the ram didn’t solve your issue. You can try this plugin to move all your BetterDocs posts to WordPress Posts: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/post-type-switcher/
