Very slow loading!

    Hi Guys,

    ive recently set up this new website for a friend and the loading time are extremely slow, i have used Autoptimze hummingbird and smush for images to try and speed things up but nothing is happening,

    could this be due to the site being in a subdomain whilst i create it?

    any help would be appreaciated!
