Very slow plugin and awful support

  • I have bought PRO version and this plugin works terribly slow, basically, each additional site you connect to a network it adds 15 or 20 seconds more to load when you log in or register new account. If you are using Woocomerce order purchase will take 20-60 seconds more to complete. Support is terrible, they need 1-3 weeks to respond without any intention to help you solve the problem. Try to avoid this company and its plugins as they also refuse to do a refund.

    We notified you that the issue is with the internal server of https://uvigear.hr. This has been happening with only one of your site out of all the 5 sites you are using. So, this means our plugin is running smoothly on the rest 4 sites. The key reason for this was the HTTP request delay. You should really consider diagnosing https://uvigear.hr instead of accusing the plugin regarding this issue. It’s essential for you to avoid any future conflicts with other good plugins out there and also keep your site healthy. Please contact your developer regarding this.     Hello, i did receive a refund after posting here but still, i cannot recommend this plugin. I have tested the plugin again on other websites but the problem with delaying of creating accounts stayed. Normally WordPress takes 2-5 seconds for an account to be created and with your plugin only if you connect just 2 websites that time around 15-20 seconds and more websites you connect longer it takes. Also, support was not the level i would want when spending over 200 bucks for plugin

    Hi,
    You know, the issue you were having is from the pro version of this plugin and the free version enables syncing login and logout events only.

    As the free version worked in your case, could you reconsider it?
