Very slow storage of orders

    We use your plugin https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/cleverreach-wc/ in a shop. Unfortunately, we have had the problem for some time now that this plugin is severely hindering the ordering process. As soon as you click on “Buy now”, you wait between 20 seconds and several minutes for the order to be saved. As soon as I deactivate the plugin, the order is saved in a fraction of a second.

    This problem leads to customers placing multiple orders in the store. These double and triple orders are a burden on our order management, which leads to enormous additional work for our staff.

    To investigate the problem, I deactivated all plugins except WooCommerce and CleverReach WooCommerce in a test system. I used the standard theme for shops Storefront. This way, the problem can also be traced, which is why CleverReach WooCommerce is the cause. Without this plugin not problem exist.

    Technology used:
    PHP 8.0 but also 8.1
    WordPress 6.6.1
    WooCommerce 9.1.4
    CleverReach? WooCommerce Integration 3.3.2

    Unfortunately, no log entries are recorded, not even in debug mode.

    I would ask you to check this and find a solution.

    This is mostly caused by the use of React Js in the template.

    We are already working on a solution and an update for this problem. Please send us a support request via https://support.cleverreach.de/hc/de/requests/new to link the request to the development process.
    We can’t guarantee, however, whether this adjustment will solve the problem.
