@nitrat – How many popups do you have, and what do you have in them?
99% of the time users have all their popups with no conditions and lots of media (images or video).
That means that every popups content is loading on every page, so yea it gets pretty slow after a few dozen.
They must be used responsibly on your part to some degree, but if conditions aren’t solving the issue its likely too many popups or very heavy content inside them.
