you can see that the logo there is tiny and the png is 3500×3500 px

First off, you should remove the transparent margins of the logo, since they are also throwing off the measurements. The logo has a lot of transparent margins, so the difference will be noticeable immediately — https://ibb.co/df61CKM

After that, the adjustment slider should work much, much better than before.
