• First issue if you are from a UK/Norwegian or other non Euro store – this plugin will force you to change your store default currency to Euro or it wont work. No where warns you of this before you buy.

Two engineers have spent more than a day trying to make the plugin work still with no success.
    1) the documentation is wrong and steps are in the wrong order. For example the installation document talks about three tabs appearing in the plugin (with configuration, minimum requirements, and publication(sic)) but they only appear if you go to step 6 and then back to step 3. There is no information on DO 1,2,3 and 4 for example. Screenshots show things in their manual that assume other configuration was done first.
    2) The links for instructions resolve to 404 errors, any options are poorly explained
    3) Error messages aren’t explained anywhere and with very little support links. When you Google the error message it finds articles from their PrestaShop plugin in 2017.

We still have an error where it says:
X – Error- Read/write permissions of the mmoconnector module enabled (this is the old module name)

150 Euro is a lot to ask for a barely polished package that clearly needs more testing.

Hi Fred! As you know, you bought it the same day it was launched and therefore there may still some small bugs to correct. Today we have uploaded an update that corrects the mentioned bugs. In 10 days, you will also find a new functionality available in the Multi-Channel Integration Platform that will allow you to use your own currency. For any other questions you have, we are at your disposal at: [email protected]
