    Hi,
    I have items with few different shipping options.
    Some products come with: “Courier shipping”, “self-pickup”
    While some only available for “self-pickup”.

    For courier shipping, I use flexible shipping and set shipping cost calculation rule by weight. From 1 – 5 kg: RM10,…..until from 66-70kg, RM75.

    Now the problem I found out is it cant work if total weight of the cart more than 70kg

    Example: Product A: 17kg, shipping option: “Courier shipping”, “self-pickup”
    If I check out 5 quantities (5x17kg= 85kg),the shipping option only show “self-pickup”. I cannot choose to pay shipping fee.

    Is it because the rule I set is until 70kg? I set up to 70kg because the courier only can support up to 70kg per item. What if customer place bulk orders? I dont think I can set the rule for weight until 10000kg.

    And I also noticed that the cart shipping fee is calculated based on total weight of the items selected, but not item by item.
    Product A: 17kg – shipping fee RM25
    I checked out 4 quantities, it calculated as 17kgx4=68kg, shipping fee fall under 66-70kg, shipping fee RM75
    but I want it to be RM25x4=RM100

    How can I fix this issue? Please help me. My shop will be launch in next few hours TT

    I understand you need an urgent help to fix your shipping settings before the launch.

    I believe you are using a third-party plugin that allows you to create shipping rules based on product weight. This forum is especially for the discussion related to core WooCommerce features so we can’t exactly discuss & troubleshoot why the rules from the plugin are not working.

    It would be best if you communicate with the developers of the flexible shipping plugin to get further suggestions on how you can solve the problem.

    If this is an extension bought on WooCommerce.com please create a ticket.
