Thank you for the beautiful plugin. It has really helped me get the look and feel I wanted. Your support section answered all my questions.

Suggestion:
1.) The reason for not obtaining the correct format:
The incorrect formatting is because the shortcode is inside a page builder’s preformatted text area instead of a normal text area. This puts html tags (pre) around the output which breaks the layout. Try checking whether your listing is wrapped inside a “pre” tag.
2.) Multiple column display:
Just need to have many entries of the list to break up into multiple columns.

If you add these directly in the description of the plugin or retain them as the top two FAQ of it would be really helpful. Also, an example or two of how to use the arguments would also help beginners like me.
