• The plugin simplifies many tasks and helps to create great looking websites. There’s a great deal of documentation to help build a site. Support is as they say – a turn around of roughly five days – but I think this is acceptable considering the plugin is free. I ran into a problem before a site went live, so it pushed back the live date for a few days, but I had allowed for this in the beginning. Running into an urgent response problem may be a make or break deal, so I would suggest there were a paid support option for quicker turn-around, but hey – you pay your money (in this case free!), you take your choice.

    We had paid version of support for $9. Only 0.5% used it so we removed it altogether now. More problems to issue invoices ??
