Very Very Bad

  • I bought the PRO product, have emailed Biplop twice. The first email 10 days ago and the second email 4 days ago and no reply whatsoever.

    There is better response to the free product on this forum than if you pay for it.

    Thank you but the problem is the back-end. For example the library has all images in a vertical line far right of the screen. Other dashboard pages similar. At the time it was the only plugin and when deactivated all goes back to normal.

    All I ask is that the author takes an interest and gets in touch but now two weeks and no contact from him.

    The author claims this plugin works well with Divi which is why I bought it but clearly that’s not the case.

    Indeed having paid for the plug in the support would be welcome.
    I have to give a little leeway, I’m assuming that the author is working from India, they are experiencing great difficulties with the current pandemic. In the meantime I’m going to look for a different plugin solution.

    Or more like NOT working or I might have had some form of reply. I know this one is not good with Divi and I see you are using Elementor and it’s clearly not good with that either. Please let me know if you find another plugin.
