Very very Bad support

I purchased KC PRO two days ago and installed on my website but the live editing is not working from that time. I have contacted premium support on the day I have purchased and installed the plugin but no reply received till now. Again I contacted but no reply. I asked for refund but no reply received till now. Now I couldn’t understand what to do.
