    I highly recommend this plugin, particularly because of the excellent and very fast support for the PRO (paid) version provided from the developer via his forums.

    The plugin works very well. I selected it mainly because of the fact that it does Announcements to all users as well as PMs. Both the Announcement and PM functionality works very well. Great plugin.
