Post title and date are aligned to the left and I can not see where to change it to “center” in the stylesheet:

“JAPAN – WAS EINE ENTT?USCHUNG
Montag, Mai 9, 2011″

Header is aligned to the center, which can be done when creating the post, but to have it centered by default would be much more convenient:

“WIE JAPAN SEINEN GUTEN RUF VERLOR”

Try adding:

div#content h2.entry-title,
div#content h2.page-title,
div#content .entry-date {
text-align:center;
}

to the bottom of style.css.
